Initial and introductory training sessions are for businesses to raise awareness of domestic abuse and workplace issues, thus offering those who experience gender-based violence, a safer, more supportive and better response in their workplace.
The training is coordinated by Bristol Zero Tolerance and is delivered by a pool of experts in the field to enable businesses to help and support any employees experiencing gender-based violence in a safe and effective way as well as provide information.

The training gives further knowledge of the effects of domestic abuse on victims and how that can impact on their work. It will also give guidance on developing appropriate policies and procedures and implementing them effectively, if you do not have one in place already.
